Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

sXs Powersports offers free returns and/or exchanges for 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must contain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and you must call us to start your RMA and issue that number before shipping the item back to us. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when returned to us. If an item is returned back to us without an RMA number, sXs Powersports reserves the right to refuse the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. You, the customer, are responsible for properly packaging and protecting the items to avoid damage during return shipping. If we receive your return and the item(s) are damaged due to improper packaging the return will be denied. All returns must be in new, unused, unworn condition. Defective parts or parts delivered to you in error will be exchanged and/or refunded in full, inclusive of return shipping costs.

To start the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, please call us at 866-SXS-PWR8 or email us at sales@sxspowersports.com , and we will issue an RMA number, if applicable.

ADDITIONAL RETURNS INFORMATION

sXs Powersports is not responsible for any labor or installation costs resulting from any issues with your order. Manufacturer defects that may cause additional labor costs, or other costs, are not the responsibility of sXs Powersports, or the manufacturer.

  • Used, Installed and/or damaged parts: Part that are deemed to be used, installed and/or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subject to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or warranty replacement.
  • Wheels: Once a tire is mounted onto a wheel that wheel is no longer returnable.
  • Electronics: Any electronic item that has been removed from its packaging and/or had the manufacturer seal broken is not eligible for return. Manufacturer defects will be handled according to the manufacturer warranty policy.
  • Motors: All motors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Special orders: Any Special Order and/or custom-made parts are not returnable for any reason.

REFUNDS

Refunds are given in the form of cash, store credit or product exchange. Refunds are only granted after the returned items are inspected by sXs Powersports. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned items to inspect and process the refund. Accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special Order items are subject to a cancellation fee of 15%, as long as we are still able to cancel the order with the manufacturer, if we are not able to cancel the order then it will not be cancelled and refunded. Orders cancelled by the buyer after the merchandise has been shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Requests for refunds that do not meet any of the above-mentioned criteria will be denied. On orders where free shipping was applied, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and will be deducted from the refund amount.

WARRANTY

sXs Powersports products are warrantied against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. This warranty does NOT cover any finish related issues and is limited to repair or replacement of product only and is determined to be defective under normal use. sXs Powersports will not warranty any product that has been deemed to be misused, improperly installed, or modified. sXs Powersports is not responsible for any labor charges associated with removing and installing products or loss of use or any additional damage(s) associated with warranty claims.

For all product lines with manufacturer’s warranty, those manufacturer’s policies and procedures will apply, so please follow their instructions. Our friendly Customer Service representatives will be more than happy to assist you with these policies and procedures if you need assistance.
