Shipping policy
FREE Ground Shipping over $59: We offer free delivery via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail on orders over $59 within the contiguous United States. Oversize and/or nonstandard items may incur additional fees and will be clearly noted before completing your purchase. All orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 states will incur shipping charges.
Expedited Shipping: For our customers that can’t wait the standard shipping transit times for their sXs Powersports gear; expedited shipping options are available. Most items will have these services available from your shopping cart and will only show the options available to your specified destination.
PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address for delivery.
General Shipping information: Here at sXs Powersports we want to get your parts and gear in your hands as quickly as possible; orders placed by 2pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm EST Monday - Friday will ship the next business day. Regular delivery days for most carriers are Monday - Friday; weekends and holidays are NOT considered regular delivery days. Saturday delivery can be arranged but you must call before placing your order and specifically request this service, additional costs will apply. Delivery schedules are solely determined by the carriers and sXs Powersports has no control over them. Orders over $200 may require signature on delivery.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, you must inspect the package immediately and, if possible, document the damage to the carrier right then and there. DO NOT throw out any of the packaging materials, damaged or not, take pictures and notify the shipping carrier of the damage as soon as possible, preferably at the time of delivery. Any claim for shipping damage must be made to sXs Powersports within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Please contact us immediately and we will file a claim with the carrier, if applicable. Most claims will require that the carrier retrieve the package(s), so please keep it intact and make it available for them to retrieve and assess the damage(s). We will not be able to re-ship your order until we know if the carrier will accept the claim. You are always welcome to place another order and once the claim is accepted, we will refund your original order if you can’t wait for the process to finish. If you do not notify us of the damage(s) within 3 business days, we may not be able to file a claim with the carrier.
If the package was not damaged, but the part inside is damaged and it appears to be from the manufacturer, or a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. We will assist with starting a manufacturer warranty claim.
